Return Policy & Warranty

 

Returns can be made within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. A restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price will be applied to all returned items. InventureTrack warrants all products against any manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year after purchase. Upon renewal of any web portal subscription, the manufactures warranty will be extended for the duration the device remains in service.

 

Be sure to include your RMA # in the reference/Attention to line of your return shipping label.
